AI thermal simulation and automation

We have our own professional RD team and has launchedmultiple software solutions, includingHou-Yi(thermal simulation), Lu-Ban (automatic drawing), and intelligent die-casting and automatic quotation systems.

Hou-Yi

Hou-Yi is our AI thermal simulation software. Per our experiences, there would be issues of timeliness, efficiency, and resource consumption. With Hou-Yi AI thermal simulation software, users can input corresponding parameters through a clear interface and the result will be generated in short time. Through the system, the repeated sampling process can be reduced and the users can compare the multiple proposals simultaneously, and therefore save time and resources.

Asink is dedicated to automation development. In addition to the Hou-Yi software, we also spend lots of effort and time on developing the intelligent die-casting system, automatic quotation system, and Lu-Ban (automatic drawing) system. The intelligent die-casting system functions by adding a sensor next to the machine to automatically monitor and collect various parameters. This data is collected, organized, and stored in a database. When new products or materials are introduced, the system can provide the most suitable production parameters based on the database.

The automatic quotation system was developed to handle our diverse products. This system allows both Asink’s employees and customers to input corresponding parameters to provide preliminary quotations efficiently.

It significantly reduces the time required for quoting process, offering quick reference prices for customers needing urgent quotations.

To further enhance Asink's capabilities and achieve goal of automation, the Lu-Ban (automatic drawing) system was developed. This system allows users to upload drawings, and then it can automatically generate drawings, convert them, and can be integrated with the Hou-Yi thermal simulation software, providing customers a comprehensive solution.
