Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has always been one of our development goals. We have obtained ISO 45001, ISO9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Furthermore, our processes utilize nano-carbon coating instead of conventional anodization process, reducing pollution significantly. Nano-carbon powder is electrostatically adsorbed and recyclable, minimizing carbon emissions and contributing to environmental conservation efforts.
As for production processes, we utilize nano-carbon coating technology to replace traditional anodization treatments. This not only reduces carbon emissions but also eliminates the issue of anodizing sludge.
On the administrative front, we vigorously promote digitization, digitalization, and automation to reduce paper usage and lay the groundwork for Industry 4.0 development.
In 2022, our total greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 30.33 metric tons of CO2 equivalent. Through corresponding emission reductions, we achieved carbon neutrality. Looking ahead, we will continue to refine our production and management processes and contribute to environmental conservation through investments in green energy.
Furthermore, Asink is committed to continuous quality improvement by deeply understanding customer needs. Each November, our Sales Department conducts a customer satisfaction survey, distributing Customer Satisfaction Survey Forms to gather and analyze feedback. We present specific satisfaction results in a data-driven manner to facilitate internal review and improvement efforts.
Due to our proactive approach in soliciting and acting upon customer feedback, both the willingness of customers to respond to satisfaction surveys and their actual satisfaction levels have consistently improved year by year.
