Intellegent Manufacturing: Industry 4.0 and internationalization

Since its establishment in 2012, Asink has aimed its corporate development strategy towards Industry 4.0 and internationalization. The headquarters is in Shenzhen, with branch offices established in various places including Taipei. In 2023, Asink also launched a new production base in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam.
 

Asink has obtained ISO certification(ISO45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001) and IATF16949 certification. We have production base in China and Vietnam, consistently adhering to the principles of standardization, digitalization, intelligence, and automation. For instance, our internal PMC project integrates extensive data to achieve precise production scheduling and material control through PMC system, and successfully reduces material wastage and scheduling errors caused by manual calculations, while establishing a platform for faster information exchange with suppliers.
 

We have multiple teams includingengineering, R&D, production, PM, sales, product development, and thermal simulation to be actively engaged in the development of Industry 4.0, enabling Asink to continually progress and make contribution to society.
