The customer needs a thermal solution, and below is the place of control chip and heat source.
Customer requirements
At the ambient temperature of 40℃, the temperature of control chip(heat source) should not be more than 90℃, and the temperature of shell should not be more than 65℃.
Note:Measurement points are marked as below. 1/2/3/4/5/6 are the measurement points of PCB components, 7/8/9 are the measurement points of shell(bottom), and 10/11/12 are the measurement points of shell(top).
