Coating Service
Asink's coating process is to electrostatically adhere solid nano-carbon powder onto the product, and then bake the parts in an IR furnace (curing). Compared to traditional anodization treatment, this approach not only eliminates emission of waste gas and waste water, significantly reducing environmental impact, but also enhances thermal radiation and improves thermal performance.
Asink's coating operations take place in a dust-free environment using automated reciprocating spray machines. This setup enhances production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and incorporates an automatic powder recycling system for powder recycling and filtration. This not only ensures consistent quality but also aligns with corporate sustainability goals towards environmental
stewardship.
