Thermal gel includes: single-component and two-component (2 types)
Single-component thermal conductive gel is a single-component, highly adaptable thermal interface material. It features high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, good conformability, insulation properties, automatic gap filling capability, and maximum increase
in contact area with unlimited compression characteristics.
Two-component thermal conductive gel is a kind of thermally conductive paste. When A component and B component mix it would cure with flexible rubber-like texture. It is suitable for electronic and electrical applications requiring heat dissipation. Particularly useful in scenarios with large gaps where different components share a single heat sink, it can be dispensed automatically to realize automatic operationsProduct characteristics
